| In the Name of God Amen I Unity Nisbitt of Clarendon County
Sumter District and State of South Carolina, being weak of body but of perfect memory and
Disposing mind, and understanding praised be God for the same, I do make and ordain this
my last Will and testament, in manner and form following, and First I recommend my soul
into the hands of almighty God the giver, and my Body to the Earth to be buried in decent
Christian buriel, at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named, and as Touching such
Worldly Goods as it hath pleased God to blefs me with, I give and bequeath unto my beloved
daughter Sarah L. Draughn, Six Negroes namely Dorcas, Jinny, Damon, Binkey, Tisby, and
Louisa with their future increase to her the said Sarah L. Draughn, and to her child or
children born of her own body and to the Children forever, but Should either of her
children die that share to be Equally divided among the survivors of them, and should
Hampton G. Draughn happen to die leaving Sarah a widow, then and in that case all the
property above willed, and bequeathed to be at her, the said Sarah L. Draughn's intire
disposa., but should she die leaving no child or children, then the said Legacy left to my
daughter Sarah to go the the Children of my beloved Sister, Margaret Brunson wife of John
E. Brunson, to be equallly divided among them share and share alike, it is also my Will
and desire, that no part of my property whatever shall be any way subject to any of
Hampton G. Draughn's Contracts, in any respect (the husband of my daughter Sarah) but to
remain under the direction of my Executors after my death, for the support of my daughter
Sarah, and her children untill the child, or children, become of age or marry I further
request that if the said Hampton G. Draughn should not be able to give his Children (the
Ifsue of my daughter Sarah) sufficient Education, that it should be done by my Executors
with the profits arising from the property placed in their hands, as aforesaid Lastly I
nominate Constitute and appoint my good Friends Claudius Richbourg and John E. Brunson my
Executors to this my last will and Testament Acknowledging this and no other to be my last
Will and Testament in Witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this November
day of 24th 1819 in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and nineteen and in
